1. All our blinds are custom made to your exact specifications and can not be returned, unless they are not exactly what you ordered, damaged during shipping, or have defects in workmanship or materials.
2. Once you have placed your custom blind order with us it can not be changed or canceled without additional costs! Please make sure that you double check your measurements and to make sure not to transpose width and length(height) measurements!
3. All measurements given should be of the dimensions of the window! The factory will take the necessary deductions when blinds are going to be mounted inside the window casing, but will not take any deductions when the blinds are going to be mounted on the outside of the window casing. Please visit our measuring pages before placing your order, or place your order over the phone if you need assistance.
4. After placing your order online you will instantly receive a customer receipt by e-mail. Please review this carefully and notify us within 24 hrs. of any discrepancies by e-mail (mark: ‘URGENT’ in the subject line) or by phone (pls. leave message after office hrs.). We will then confirm with you before processing your order.
5. When placing your order by phone, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail. Processing will start upon receiving your confirmation by replying to this e-mail with 'Confirmed' in the subject line. Your credit card will only be charged upon receiving your confirmation.
6. Changes (within 24 hrs!) that result in a lower price and/or cancellations (within 24 hrs!!) will receive the appropriate credit/refund minus administration costs of $25. If the credit/refund amount is less than $25 , no credit/refund will be given.
7. Changes that we receive more than 24 hrs. after the order has been placed will result in additional charges. You will be notified by e-mail or by phone when we confirm theses changes with you.
8. Order processing may take up to 2 weeks. Shipping transit times are typically 3-5 business days, but can not be guaranteed.
